HI ! .... my name is Frank Heitmann, I am CEO of illumin8 Consulting. I am a passionate leader with way over 25 years of experience within the Information/ Technology Area having worked at world leading global companies.

My career was driven by serving multinational clients across various industries designing & implementing mission critical enterprise technology solutions. I became known  for building/forming high performing teams to drive large scale change programs and operational excellence within complex system integration efforts.

Over the years of operating in global leadership roles I developed a passion for leading technology transformations reflecting ongoing business change, but likewise also to coach and sponsor young high potentials to prepare them to a successful path leading of next gen top leaders.

Today my motivation is based on the broad range of experience I gained over my career, to continue to produce and provide value, but on a consultative and self employed approach.
